Responsibilities: Lead and run deployments that are medium or high complexity with defined scope, schedule and budget. Produce and maintain high level project plans, detailed project plans, risk and issue logs, data conversion plans, cutover plans, regular project meeting content / presentations and steering committee presentations Run project finances including budgets, forecasts, actuals, issuing invoices, and subsequent payment. Lead and influence our internal project team and sponsors, and the client project team and stakeholders with clear, concise and timely communication Handle customer critical issues to full resolution. Provide mentoring to other members of the team either as a senior, or as ground breaker in new functionality or geographies on a feedback and share basis Be Certified by Workday and be an authority in the Workday Deployment Methodology and also provide Delivery Assurance services to Partner deployments to build a foundation of success in our extended ecosystem As a Workday Senior Engagement / Senior Project Manager your experience will include: Success running the implementation of multi country core Finance and HCM ERP suites A good understanding of business finance and HCM process flows A working understanding of the complexities of a multi-country Finance and HCM ERP model Working in Finance and HCM ERP or Transformation Consulting businesses in a client facing role Handling client C-Suite collaborators, client Project Owners and Consultants. Certification as a Project Manager (Prince/PMP) Experience of leading 3rd parties in a project About You The role requires a blended mix of business skills, customer focus and desire to support the Delivery team to secure their success. Basic Qualifications: Languages: Italian and English at business proficiency level 4-6 years delivering enterprise business applications projects, with a focus on Financial Management and exposure to Human Capital Management. 3 years experience in managing a delivery team in a company or in a consulting environment. International deployment experience Ability to travel up to 60% to our Milan office or to our amazing customers across EMEA Other Qualifications: Experience as Executive Sponsor on key projects Excellent communication skills Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed. Leadership abilities to empower and focus the organisation on team and individual objectives. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Professional Services organisation through leading and participating on internal initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
