We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEM Manager to join our Marketing team and define the next phase of growth via search marketing. As Senior SEM manager, you will: Develop and execute short and long-term strategies that increase quality leads which drive new patients and therapists growth for the Unobravo brands internationally. Explain the what and why behind observed performance through constant measurement and optimization from an ROI and LTV/CAC perspective. Continually improve campaign performance by building and running tests (A/B, pre-post, geo experiments), measuring results, learning and iterating based on test outcomes. Identify new growth opportunities in the Google / Bing ecosystem, testing and scaling new campaign types, ad formats or audiences. Build a cohesive and well crafted journey from keyword selection to funnel conversion optimisation by working closely with other teams such as Data, Product and Design. Build and share knowledge, inspire others and become the main point of contact for key partners (Google in particular). This role will report to the Head of Paid Media. You might be the right candidate for this role if you have: Minimum 5 years of experience in the role in a company or agency, with a high degree of autonomy in SEM. Extensive hands-on experience on search adv platforms (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) across SEM and Performance Max campaign, with a performance-based approach. Excellent knowledge of analytics and measurement tools (such as GA4, Adobe Analytics etc) and Google Tag Manager. Analytical mindset with passion for experimentation. Strong sense of ownership and accountability along with an excellent ability to manage priorities independently. Fast decision-maker and problem-solver. You’re able to adapt to a dynamic environment and to take bets in uncertain situations. Excellent communication, organizational and relational skills.
