Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) is currently looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team. This position will focus on supporting the BES Senior Director and organization. This position can be based out of selected locations in Australia , Germany , Italy or United Kingdom. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with the Senior Director to enable-support-drive both BES Global strategy & operations. The role requires collaboration with the BES Leadership Team, internal and external stakeholders to help develop and manage BES Global Strategy & Operations. You will have the opportunity to touch every part of the International business, map out all of the business and Information Technology & Data Analytics drivers, and help drive execution across all parts of the International business. You will contribute actively to and facilitate strategic and growth planning, including strategy development, deployment and tracking results. This role will be deeply involved in setting the BES Global strategy direction and ensuring that we’re working effectively to match and exceed our business objectives. You will help ensure that the organization is hitting its financial plan and will guide decision making related to spending and scaling our International operations Position Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Partner with stakeholders on strategy development and financial planning and modeling Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports Exercise critical thinking and innovative problem solving Demonstrate the Boeing values in a deliberate and observable way Ability to develop and sustain strategy, business operations in an IT role, technology company or top-tier consulting firm / corporate strategy field with strong exposure to technology Strong leadership, analytical and financial skills to solve complex business problems Global Operations Management Analyze operational performance metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance Organize and lead pan international working groups Project management expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently to implement strategy and operational process improvements Ability to develop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Ability to drive large and complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment Expertise in operational excellence, analytical skills and execution abilities Capability in growing and scaling businesses either in a startup or big company context Innovation and Technology Adoption A developed understanding of sourcing and Partnership engagement, in particular the ability to develop and drive growth strategies and measure success based on data and analysis Identify emerging technologies and trends that could enhance business operations and customer experiences, and formulate implementation strategies Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and exploring new solutions Stakeholder Engagement Partner with program management on financial operations and/or related fields that provide core strategy development and finance skills Drive people development and influencing skills in partnership with relevant stakeholders and be able to build and lead strong teams Strong stakeholder management skills with Executive Level communication experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Significant experience in a dedicated management role Experience in a leadership role within business or Information Technology Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery Basic understanding of Risk Management & Security Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSM, CISM) Relocation : This position does not offer relocation.
