For our client, a fast growing and globally active CDMO, we are looking for a Site Head (m/f/d). The company covers the entire development, manufacturing and supply of pharmaceutical products, in the chemical and biological field. With the strong growth and investments of the company, you would drive the further development of the site, as well as be responsible for change and transformation processes. Your tasks: Assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site. Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards Develop and implement long-term strategies for the site Drive continuous improvement processes as part of the overall global strategy Responsibility for the further development and expansion of the site (new production lines) Work in an interdisciplinary environment as well as cooperation with an international network consisting of global sites Active involvement in global standardization and harmonization of processes Proven leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop a team Your profile: Relevant experience in managing a site in a CDMO environment.
