JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Community Manager, who will be part of the Global Social EssilorLuxottica team, working on the Costa brand, with a focus on on-water activities. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Definition of editorial pillars and social media strategy, in alignment with the Costa in allignment with the Costa brand marketing team. Community management and daily interaction with the Costa community Identify the trends inside the community and propose dedicated strategies Identify external trends and actively jump on them Be proactive in searching and interacting with the social conversations related to glasses and influencers, not happening on the brand profiles Reporting on performance of social assets and media campaigns Set benchmarks and Identify best practices Manage the relationship with the media agency in the execution of the media strategy Work closely with PR to identity the talents to activate new profiles and nurture the ambassadors NETWORK OF INTERACTION INTERNAL : The Social Media will communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g. brand marketing team, ecommerce & social commerce team, media team, PR team, content team, CRM team) to identify needs and evaluate business solutions, in alignment with the Social Brand Lead. EXTERNAL : The Social Media will manage the relationship with external agencies for the execution of ad hoc projects, like productions & talents involvement. TECHNICAL SKILLS – PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Proven experience in social media & community management and in the definition of the Social Editorial Plan Project management A passion for water sports (fishing, board sports, sailing, kayaking, underwater). A professional experience in this field would be a plus. Excellent knowledge of the English language (being mother tongue would be a plus) Determination to achieve objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, proactiveness, ability to propose new ideas, problem solving, attention to details, analytical skills, and teamwork attitude Great passion for the digital world Constant updating on the state-of-the-art and the evolution of social media
