Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Social Media Specialist – Italian Speaking to join our high performing team.

As our Social Media Specialist you will;

  • · Develop and execute localized social media strategies for the Italian market, collaborating directly with the Marketing Manager/Country Manager to ensure content localization and campaign management.
  • · Manage the execution of our sponsorships and collaborations with talents/influencers on social media, from creating activities and campaigns to co-producing content, as well as generating proprietary content ideas with our partners.
  • · Integrate, manage, and populate all assigned social media profiles for the group and handle daily activities on all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok for the Italian market. Responsibilities might expand to other platforms in the future.
  • · Monitor and manage messages and comments in social media inboxes.
  • · Manage third-party content contributing to the group’s social media content, where applicable.
  • · Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create visually appealing, effective, and engaging multimedia content. Video editing and cutting as required.
  • · Ensure all produced content is trackable, of high standards, and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • · Planning, managing, and analyzing paid campaigns.
  • · Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Media, Affiliation, Operations, CRM, Sports, Casino & Live Casino) to ensure proper alignment among departments.
  • · Assist in brainstorming, briefing, producing, and executing channel-specific communication plans, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone of voice and overall strategy.
  • · Work closely with the SEO team to develop a SEO strategy for social media, regularly create and publish blog posts while implementing search engine optimized content.
  • · Identify new growth opportunities across various social media channels.
  • · Conduct competitors research in the Italian market.
  • · Monitor KPIs, analyze content metrics, and report performance to internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • · Assist in project management and produce presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your areas of knowledge: 

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of the gambling industry. You will be an expert in Social Media, with a solid understanding of social platforms and communities, and an ability to communicate, present ideas, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience: 

  • Up-to-date knowledge and professional experience with Social Network best practices and a proven track record
  • 2+ years experience in the gambling or affiliate marketing industries
  • Experience from working with sports sponsorships across social media
  • Experience with Social Media Management tools is a plus

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong creativity – a constant source of ideas and inspiration
  • Copywriting skills would be considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-past environment
  • Highly proactive and well-organized, with good time and project management skills
