If you want to know more about us, give a look here: Join us as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist What you will be doing This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where – along with all the key people – as an active member of Satispay, you will become part of the Tech team, helping to build the products and features to make Satispay the best payment system available. We are constantly figuring out what our users really need, adding new features into existing products, and creating entirely new products. In particular, you will: Test our new apps and software features Test new technologies and IT products that may be useful to implement in Satispay Conduct Issues diagnosing/bugs finding Liaise with the IT and other teams in bug fixing, documentation, and procedures drafting What we need We’re looking to attract talented professionals who share our passion for Satispay’s opportunity, the belief that people experience builds healthy enduring companies and positively impacts people’s lives. If you’re looking for a career opportunity where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you You have: Experience with app testing A technical and logical approach to work Precision in execution Detailed oriented mindset Excellent knowledge of main computer and smartphone OS Passion for IT, curiosity about technology products and enjoyment of manual tests Basic knowledge of any programming language will be considered as a strong plus You are: Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently An excellent communicator and relationship builder A very quick learner and adapts fast Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment Proactive thinker, with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
