We are looking for a well-organized SalesCoordinator to provide the vital support to the field sales team. Thesuccessful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues andcustomers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation andinformation. The goal is to facilitate the team’sactivities so as to increase their performance and the solid and long-lastingdevelopment of the company. You will work within a global distributed team,between USA, EMEA and China and you will report to the Global Head of Sales. Some of the main activities will be: Coordinatesales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information. Ensurethe adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respondto complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store andsort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and presentreports. Adviseclients of unforeseen delays or problems. Supervisethe team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Assist inthe preparation and organizing of promotional material or events andcustomer meetings. Assistthe sales team to maintain meetings cadence with existing customers andnew prospects. Be readyand prepared to cover a customer meeting to support account managers. Willingnessto learn the account management and be able over time to take over someaccounts. Ensureadherence to laws and policies. UnderstandBAS terms, concepts, and usability. To be a perfect fit for this role, you wouldalready have: Provenexperience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in otheradministrative positions will be considered a plus. Well-organizedand responsible with a competence in problem-solving. Excellentverbal and written communication skills. Astandout colleague with high level of dedication. Availabilityto perform business trips. Passionto never-stop growing. Respectand appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledge. Proficiencyin English written and spoken, additional languages really appreciated. Eligibilityto work in Italy.
