Job Summary The Automation and Digital department leads development, decides and governs the IoT software stack, architecture, all standards and specifications for automation and digital products on behalf of Tetra Pak for all applications including packaging, processing, services, customer operations and converting factories. We are now looking for a Test Specialist, who will support and execute our Verification and Validation activities. You will be responsible for design and execution of system level testing for our software and mechatronic products and solutions. You will participate to central R&D projects related to Automation & Digital and support the development teams for continuous improvement. The position can be based in Modena- Italy or in Lund- Sweden. What you will do Be responsible as Test Specialist to the E2E testing execution for products and solutions and result reporting. Support development of V&V strategies in the A&D projects. Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting for issues and bugs found during the entire product/solution lifecycle. Identify test charters required to reach the requested test coverage. Create a test plan for execution of Exploratory Test (ET) sessions. Develop automated tests for Product and Solution verification and validation. Participating in sprint and PI-planning assisting with test ideas and generally with story refinement Continuously contribute to improvement of testing methodologies and process. We believe you have Minimum B.Sc./B.Eng. level degree in the field of Electronic, Automation, Software Engineering or Computer Science. 2-4 years of experience in development, software and automation testing, preferably in complex industrial environments. Expertise in Exploratory Testing and Session based test management (SBTM). Deep Expertise in Context Driven test methodologies. Expertise in test techniques and test design as Heuristic Test Strategy Model. Demonstrated abilities in agile ways of working. Experience of programming on PLC platforms and/or other programming languages/platforms (C#, .net, python, C/C++). Good communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to influence others at different levels of the organization. Hands on experience to work with teams to drive continuous initiatives is a must. Self-driven and have a pro-active approach. Possess strong analytical and logical skills.
