We invite you to help us write the next chapter in the Wacom for business success story. Today for our growing team in Italy, we are looking for Solution Consultant. Solution Consultant (f/m/d) This position is part of the BBU Enterprise Sales Team aiming at sales budget achievement and customer satisfaction and end2end solution delivery. As a Solution Consultant you will be responsible for actively supporting and consulting enterprise sales managers, solution partners and enterprise users on technical and product specific questions in order to maintain strong business relations, supporting to increasing revenue and developing new key accounts and solutions. The role sees itself as a proactive “solution finder” as well as a product expert primarily for Wacom software products in connection with specific hardware. Additionally, this position is taking a significant role in establishing new solutions (use cases) on the market. Key Responsibilities: Pre-/aftersales and consulting for solutions partners, resellers, enterprise end customers and for sales managers related to the following fields: Responsibility to deliver and manage support for the entire BBU SW/HW portfolio in conjunction with engineering and professional service teams Detailed presentation/explanation with regards to our signature capturing, verification solutions, WILL technology and virtualization solutions Analyse continuously customer requirements/problems and translate business requirements into holistically functioning technical solutions for the main industries including various creative industries, banking, public and healthcare Close communication and coordination with the Ink Division product management team Support and deliver the exact, required, technical information for public tenders within given time Close collaboration with global product management, which means to be involved in product planning and development until launch to make sure product specifications fulfil BBU requirements Responsibility for conducting and supporting workshops/web conferences for hardware, software, and solutions with customer orientated presentations Continuously develop and execute online & offline trainings for partners and Sales Managers on technical and product related aspects Identify and approach new partners/customers for BBU together with our Alliance and Sales Managers. Identify potential partners for new solutions according to our regional BBU strategy Proactively inform the team and the manager on status of key tasks and issues/challenges coming up High technical affinity and broad IT know-how, as well as sound knowledge in the area of web services, virtualsolutions, SDK/API integration, scripting languages such as JavaScript Experience in Java – JavaScript – C# and .NET software development and Android Mobile Experience in Citrix – VMware – Splashtop – NICE DCV Experience in OS configuration: Windows – Windows SRV – Linux Ability to translate technical challenges in the SW/HW environment into relevant solution requirements Problem-solving by analysing situations and finding effective solutions Time management and skills in developing/meeting timelines and completing projects Good Communication skills with ability to work with partners, clients, co-workers, and managers Solution oriented communication as well as excellent presentation skills Flexibility and willingness adapt to different situations (customer and internally) working at a high-level High degree of responsibility and ownership in connection with proactivity Team player, working well with others and thrive in a healthy team environment Fluent Business English, high willingness to travel within Europe (30-50%) and team player attitude Experience in PDF Digital Signature and Remote Signature, and/or Wacom Signing Solutions and Will Technology, and/or Computer Graphics and/or Splashtop – NICE DCV – Teradici will be of significant advantage We offer: Multinational and flexible work environment with an open and friendly international culture characterized by constructive and cooperative relationships Attractive bonus system and additional benefits for coverage in case of accidents and long-term illness, etc. Providing online and on-demand learning opportunities Structured onboarding and extraordinary events: Kick-off meeting, summer event, Christmas party, etc. High employee discounts on our products To become a member of our global team please send us your application.
