Key Responsibilities : Create and Implement E-commerce and OTAs Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) strategy to drive sales and revenue growth. Maintain Effective Content and Information : Ensure that online content, information, and services are aligned with the Hotel’s and Corporate identity, maintaining a consistent and appealing online presence. Coordinate and Verify Sales-oriented Content : Oversee and validate online sales-oriented content across various platforms, including the website, booking engine, OTAs, and other channels. Manage Community Messages : Actively manage and respond to community messages on OTAs and social media channels, focusing on upselling opportunities and ensuring accurate information is provided. Create Periodic Reports : Generate regular reports on e-commerce and OTAs performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and online presence. Requirements : Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, OTAs, and online sales strategies. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
