The candidate will be part of Process Engineering Team of EssilorLuxottica, specifically as a Technical Project Manager for Process Standardization across all the Manufacturing Plants of the Company. The candidate will have to connect to other teams and suppliers involved in whole Operations and Product Team. Work on the analytical definition of Process Standardization inside the Company Define the technical roadmap for the Process Standardization across the whole Company Actively work on the execution of the Standardization initiative on first, more significative processes Support the Technological Transfer of processes and specific product across Plants Support the Governance activities for the Global Process Engineering team Lead the weekly syncs with all the geographies PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes and shapes the success of the company.
