The Station Manager is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that relationships with premium customers are established and facilitating the recognition of top customers
  • Assigning one customer care ambassador per station and per shift
  • Ensuring that the product philosophy and core values are known and lived by all – internal and external – members of staff and that personalized service concepts are intensified
  • Contributing to and supporting central process and product development incl. the readiness to take over project responsibility
  • Ensuring that the appearance and attitude of all personnel corresponds to standards
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer care is compliant with respective LHG operator’s requirements and processes
  • Being present during operations and monitoring performance of all parties involved
  • All other duties as assigned or required

The ideal Station Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • College degree/vocational training desirable
  • University degree (Bachelor) desirable
  • More than 3 years of work experience (therof a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated work expereince in ground operations is desirable)
  • Leadership experience required
  • English and Italian required
  • German and other language desirable
  • Knowledge of airport procedures and processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong business sense
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • Good change management
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Assessment screening
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license Airport environment
  • Psychological aptitude test
  • CV/Resume and Cover Letter required
  • Company will not provide relocation assistance
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Italy
