Job description

We are looking to hire a “Marketing” Director with a strong design background. Our marketing process is simple but we need someone with high quality standards and experience directing a team to move quickly.

Work performed

• Reports to our CMO and coordinates marketing to help us move fast.

• Plans and executes the promotion schedule to optimize growth and profitability. 

• Oversees and coordinates email, ads, sales, SEO and social marketing.

• Ensures the team completes all projects to the highest of standards.

• Develops project plans and works to ensure on time completion.

• Distributes tasks according to the abilities & workload of staff. 

• Evaluates & provides guidance to staff to help improve performance.

• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation

• Salary: $147 – $200k/year based on experience

• $20k signing bonus

• 401k plan with 4% employer match

• Four weeks paid vacation
