Transform the way the world runs networks The Opportunity Aligning with the Global Channel strategy, the Channel Sales Director will build and define the Sandvine channel partner GTM in Europe & SI, with a primary focus on generating net new license revenue through partner sales training, partner management, and incentive program implementation. The Job You will define and grow Europe SI partnership program to complement the Sandvine direct sales teams, as well as a channel-based partnership team You’ll design, implement, and fine-tune the channel programs to accelerate Sandvine for Business revenue growth in Europe region Build and have existing relationship with top consulting group in Europe and SI and recruit such as (Detecon / Accenture/ KPMG/Capgemini/ etc) Build end to end strategy for Disti in Europe and own it. Focus on P2 engagement and build end to end strategy per P2 when it comes to channel/Disti/SI. Build T3 and Managed Services practice for Sandvine in Europe through End to End value chain including (consulting, SI, Disti) What Skills You Bring 15 years’ experience in the software industry with an extensive knowledge Channel and Alliance sales model Extensive experience developing and leading Channel and Alliance businesses in a greenfield environment Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth targets by not just meeting the sales target but demonstrating incremental revenue due to channel strategy. Extensive experience managing multiple top channels (that drive multi millions business) and having direct contacts with channel CEOs. Demonstrated experience managing in an environment of mixed Go to Market models – Resellers, VARs, Alliances & Direct. Experience in cross border, cross cultural workplaces working in a global matrix organisation Bachelor’s Degree, (MS/MBA, a plus) C-level presence with a high level of diplomacy.
