Strategic Leader – Financial Services Test and Quality Assurance (AI Innovation Focus)

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Test and Quality Assurance team within the Financial Services business unit. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively collaborate with a Senior Manager to lead the business unit, manage the test and quality assurance team, foster customer relationships, drive innovation, and spearhead test automation initiatives, including AI technologies. JOB SUMMARY You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients. Working closely with the Senior Manager of the business unit, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, drive innovation, and champion test automation, with a focus on AI and ML technologies. Your strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and passion for excellence will be crucial in maintaining our position as a trusted provider in the financial services industry. RESPONSIBILITIES · Collaborate with the Senior Manager of the business unit to develop and execute the overall strategy for testing and quality assurance, aligned with the business unit’s goals and objectives. · Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues related to testing and quality assurance. · Drive innovation in testing and quality assurance practices, with a specific focus on test automation leveraging AI and ML technologies. · Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate system functionality, performance, test automation tools, and frameworks. · Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of AI in testing and quality assurance practices. QUALIFICATIONS · Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. · Proven experience in test and quality assurance management within the financial services industry, with a strong track record of leading successful teams. · In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on financial services products, regulations, and compliance. · Understanding of Test Automation technologies, frameworks, and their application in financial services. · Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
