Strategy & Business Transformation Associate Manager page is loaded Strategy & Business Transformation Associate Manager Apply locations Milan time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R_765446 Milan Job Purpose : The Strategy & Business Transformation Associate Manager will support the business transformation roadmap, will act as a change agent, will support the Company strategy deployment, being able to create a fruitful partnership with different departments and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, with focus on those related to business results delivery and retail performance improvement. Job Responsibilities: Strategy: Support development of content for key strategic meetings Support weekly sales reviews by assessment of results (identification of key business drivers across functions) and identification of improvement actions Support to validation and monitoring of Regions’ actions plans (soundboard of Regional recommendations and follow up on implementation and results) Assessment of results of Regional “Key products push” plans to identify root cause and fine tuning to the plan Collaborate with the Retail Excellence & Performance Team on initiatives focus on retail performance improvement in terms of analysis, definition of actions/tools/processes to impact on performance (focus on conversion rate) Collaborate with Finance, CRM, retail Excellence and Regions to definition of key retail business initiatives and assessment of results, impact, learnings. Business Transformation: Provide support to the deployment of the strategy roadmap, with focus on initiatives related to business results delivery and retail performance improvement Recommend potential new business transformation projects Provide support to the Top Management in the implementation of strategic and transversal projects with impact on processes and on the organizational model; Ensure the methodological and operational support across the organization in the design/review of the processes; Act as the face of the transformation, setting the tone, spurring enthusiasm, and challenging current wisdom; Own project management on selected business transformation initiatives Profile: University Degree in Management studies; 3 years of experience in Management/Operational consulting and Fashion/Luxury companies as a plus; Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio); Excellent verbal and written in Italian and English; Proven ability to deliver projects in a structured but dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy environment; Process and Continuous Improvement mindset; Active human leadership and communication skills with high emotional quotient; Change management and leadership skills; Organizational and analytical skills; Results-driven and goal-oriented person; Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude; Decision making and ability to set priorities; Ability to work both autonomously and in teams; Flexibility and stress tolerance; Business acumen; At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
