What we’re looking for

At Exein we are looking for a Strategy Consultant for our team based in Rome.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth
• Create and Monitor KPIs for the Top Management
• Create monthly report and detailed analysis for the Management and Investor
• Be involved in key decision processes to steer the company´s strategy
• Drive the overall analytical approach in line with the project investment objectives
• Challenge and derive conclusions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Present impactful recommendations to Top Management

Requirements:

• Excellent Master's degree
• 3-4 years of previous strategy consulting experience in the Big four, McKinsey & company, BCG or Bain & company
• Fluent Italian and English proficiency, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered as a plus
• Profound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Team-work attitude, reliable, organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Excellent understanding of business contexts
• Excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong social skills
