Job Description Your to-do list : Contributing to the development of integrated brand strategies and creative briefs; Architecting, with the rest of the strategic team, communication strategies, campaign tasks and their measurement planning with the intent to drive behavior change; Working on new business pitches along with creative and account teams; Working closely with account and creative teams, as well as external and media partners, in development of comms initiatives that drive a successful campaign; Being a mentor and line managing other less experienced team members helping them grow Interested? Qualifications If in your past experience : you developed 8-10 years of experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies and/or for international brands you got a proven track record of implementing holistic communications planning strategies across channels that brings a big idea and creative platform to life you have learned and applied methodologies of both brand planning and user-centred design such as journeys and experience planning you developed a level of professional knowledge and capability necessary to do the job, has motivation to continue learning and sharing knowledge If you are: Passionate about integrated marketing; Italian mother-tongue with fluent English; Great communicative person with strong team work abilities; Knowledgeable about the principles of advertising, integrated marketing and media; Passionate about culture, trends and motivations in consumer behavior.
