Job Overview As part of our ambitious growth and transformation plan to evolve from a System Integrator to a SaaS company, we are looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager, who will closely work with the VP Strategy & Transformation and the Senior Director Sales Operations, interfacing with other critical company functions. Key Responsibilities Support the SVP Sales and the Senior Director of Sales Operations in the development of the commercial Strategy, as well as in the definition and monitoring of the Go-to-Market plan initiatives Help generate sales insights on top 5-10 prospects / accounts (e.g., key business needs, pricing, competitors’ offers, potential expansion/upsell opportunities) Support Sales and Product Management teams in the development and implementation of the Pricing Strategy Monitor the implementation of pipeline development initiatives across different functions (Demand Generation / Marketing, SDR, Sales, Channels & Alliances) Develop and periodically update forecast (deal booking and revenue) for current year and next ones Support the SVP Sales and the VP Strategy and Transformation in the development of the 5-year top-line (deal bookings and revenue) business plan (by geography, product line and customer segment) Manage Hubspot CRM structure and evolution Support Sales and Product Marketing Teams in the implementation of “Sales Enablement” initiatives (e.g., improvement of sales playbook and sales narrative) Define, together with the SVP Sales and the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the next 1-2 years; in addition, support the Senior Director of Sales Operations in the definition / update of the sales commission structure Manage external advisors and resources on Strategy and Sales / Commercial topics Support the SVP Sales and the Senior Director of Sales Operations in the preparation of the necessary documentation for alignment meetings with functional teams, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors Requirements and Skills Degree in Economics or Management Engineering Fluency in English Previous experience (2-3 years) in a similar role and / or in a top-tier consulting firm Proven experience in complex multinational & multicultural organizations. Exceptionally strong problem-solving skills, as well as financial and analytical acumen Excellent project management / process oversight capabilities.
