Supplier Quality Engineer

Purpose of the position Improve the customer satisfaction by assuring the quality of the products and solutions provided to Gilbarco Italia’s customers (Italian Market & Intracompany). In the position of Quality Engineer for Italy the resource will manage reactive quality processes (CDT&R and SDT&R) and the proactive quality of the products and services provided by Gilbarco Italia. Key Responsibilities CDT&R Italy: collect customer claims and manage projects to close them with temporary and permanent countermeasures. SDT&R Italia: monitor the quality of all suppliers of Gilbarco Italia’s secure modules’ assembly area and manage quality improvement projects on products and components; coordinate secure modules assembly process improvement cooperating with Security department.
