Position Overview : Your main mission will be to guarantee the Quality characteristics of components received from suppliers. You will be in charge of managing suppliers to meet Quality expectations, make recommendations to improve their production process to meet Quality requirement and Customer expectation. You will also coordinate a Team for incoming inspection to perform the Quality checks in the most effective way. Responsibilities Will Include (but May Not Be Limited To): Development and follow Control Plan to check the buy parts Claim Management, day to day work with suppliers Organize sortings, collective scrap. Organize Quality Meetings with suppliers (Plant level) Initiate and deescalate CSL escalations and follow ups Management and reporting about Quality Notice roadmap status Prepare, concept and Purchase of the test and measurements equipment (Lear plant) Supplier PPAPs for changes and new product. Check and approve packaging of buy parts Fit & function reports after assembly trials Collaborate with Logistic department in flow material management in accordance with Control Plan Apply safe launche plan in case of new products Create statistics and analyze opportunities To be a success in this role you must have: University degree in Engineering, Business or related field Ability to be part of teams capable to reach the Plant targets Proactivity, dynamism, and analytic skills Nice to have: 3 years’ work experience in Quality Environment Experience in team management or coordination J-18808-Ljbffr
