We are looking for: Supply Chain Analyst – VIE Contract (W/M) Target start date: 01/01/2024 Demand, Supply & Distribution team is focused on action plan to meet the current and expected conditions in the target market with all production sites, and then the distribution of products from the national distribution center (NDC) to all our customers. Responsibilities: Stocks’ management, in compliance with company Key Performance Indicators, policies and of planning defined Depositaries and subcontractors’ coordination and verification of their compliance with internal procedures, agreed contractual conditions and with company qualitative standards, in order to guarantee correct flows and product availability Verifying consistency between company management system’s data and data provided by deposit, intervening in case of anomalies or of data inconsistency Guaranteeing stock in deposit is correct and consistent with company’s need through physical and digital checks Entering periodically customer list according to commercial policies ongoing (CANVASS) Managing promotional material by updating management system with shipping orders, transmitting orders to DHL, monitoring delivery time to addressees Carrying out reports related to specific activities (e.g. sales statistics, stock, movements, orders received, tracking), in order to monitor deposit activities and revenue trends Maintaining product register updated Transmitting all sales data for each product and client daily and quantity and value data monthly to Ministry of Health Manage destructions according to law regulations and to internal procedures Guaranteeing inventory execution in the deposits, respecting internal procedures Requirements: Economy or Management Engineering degree or equivalent Former experience in Supply Chain, specifically in warehouse planning and/or management, is a plus Strong interpersonal skills Team working attitude Problem solving Office excellent knowledge SAP managing system excellent knowledge Good English knowledge; Italian knowledge is a plus At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
