But we are the powershifters and believe we can make the solar revolution happen together ☀️ The role Svea Solar started its operations in Sweden, gradually expanding operations across Europe. Now we are starting our operations in Italy, and this is a unique opportunity to join an established company while building supply chain processes in the market. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for the material flow from operational purchasing to deliveries to the hubs or customers in the Italian market. The role is essential for coordinating information about the location of the materials, identifying short- and long-term issues at warehouses and keeping track of inbound/outbound materials status in relation to the installation volumes. More specifically, you will be: Responsible for order management and transportation planning & booking. Ensuring usage of environment- and cost-efficient transportation solutions. Monitoring appropriate levels of inventory and responsible for placing purchase orders. Registering transactions (order confirmations, ETA, sales orders etc.) in the ERP system. Handling deviations in quality or delivery times and reporting incidents that have caused problems or stops in production. Addressing and solving operational logistical issues. Maintaining daily contacts and collaboration with other departments and global teams. Ensuring that operational data (e.g., statistics, daily reports) is correct and always available. Participating in achieving business goals through relevant KPIs and Supply Chain strategies. The role is operational and can be characterized as a generalist professional within Supply Chain. To match the scope of the responsibilities and have the opportunity for professional growth, we think that your experience contains: Roughly 2-5 years ofoperational logistics and/or procurement experience. Confident user of an ERP system (we use Business Central). Relevant education within Supply Chain is a plus. Proficiency in Italian and conversational ability in English.
