WHAT WE OFFER

Stiamo ricercando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Coordinatore/trice Supply Chain & Logistics all’interno della Funzione Supply Chain & Procurement di Covestro S.r.l. Filago (BG).

Riportando direttamente al Responsabile della Funzione, il/la candidato/a selezionato/a si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

• gestione del rapporto con il 3PL a cui sono demandate le attività di packaging e warehousing;

• gestione della logistica e dei trasporti locali (brevi percorrenze);

• gestione dei magazzini esterni;

• controllo delle giacenze del prodotto finito;

• assicurare il raggiungimento dei KPIs e del livello di servizio concordato con il 3PL;

• preparazione della reportistica e controllo dei costi;

• contribuire a mantenere alta la cultura della sicurezza soprattutto nella gestione del 3PL;

• promuovere i valori dell’azienda ed agire da esempio;

• coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali, con Casa Madre e con le consociate del gruppo

WHAT YOU OFFER

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una laurea in ambito tecnico con un’esperienza di 3-5 anni in realtà industriali preferibilmente in ambito logistico.

Completano il profilo ricercato:

• inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato;

• conoscenza del gestionale SAP e del pacchetto Microsoft Office;

• forte attitudine al problem solving e alla mediazione;

• capacità relazionali ed empatiche;

• identificare proattivamente le opportunità di miglioramento;

• gradita conoscenza della metodologia Lean Six Sigma.
