In-Field-Features Team inside Stellantis’ Software Experience (SWX) organization focuses on creating new delightful apps and services for customers to get most out of their Stellantis branded vehicles. This global team plans to grow fast and directly contribute to the Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan by monetizing the vehicle services via Over the Air SW feature updates Your primary focus will be to integrate (CI/CD, Test and Release) of features before they are released to the external validation teams with quality and on-time release. At the same time, you will interact with SW design & architecture, development and validation teams. If you are a passionate technical expert with a drive for quality and eager to bring exciting software-centric functions early to life, you will be the right candidate. We are looking for highly motivated validation engineers that work side by side with development engineers within agile teams from the early design phase until system validation for features that are then updated over the air into field vehicles Profile Basic Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer/Computer Science or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university • 5 years of automotive infotainment or cockpit experience • Experience in One of following: Web HTML5, Android, QNX based cockpit systems • Experience automotive testing standards for distributed systems • Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation • Strong communication and technical leadership skills • Be able to work with globally distributed teams and innovative start-up like environment Preferred Qualifications • Any experience in automated test setup • Experience of Connected vehicle features e.g. OTA • Experience to lead global and distributed project teams • Experience testing in multiple development contexts (Linux, AUTOSAR, Android) • Experience with ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, Ethernet interfaces and modules • Experience with methods such as Scrum, SAFe, TDD • Experience in project execution roles for electrical architecture industrialization on sub-system and/or vehicle level • Experience with continuous integration, testing & deployment At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
