The purpose of this role is to support and implement the talent acquisition strategy and hire the very best talent into the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to prompt and promote thinking in order to create relevant and effective recruitment plans. The role will be an ambassador of the employer brand, candidate experience, talent mobility and commercial third party supplier relationships to ensure we attract and hire the right people and capabilities to deliver business goals now and in the future. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead for Southern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (SEMENAT) will focus on both recruitment strategy and execution for this regional cluster to meet hiring goals across all areas. You will also support on relevant regional projects in line with our wider global TA strategy and transformation agenda. The scope of the role includes serving coach and advisor to an experienced team of talent partners and recruiters, and a subject matter expert to ensure that the company has access to and is acquiring world-class talent. This regional role is accountable for all Service line and functions recruitment delivery, working alongside the local country TA teams in close collaboration with HR and the business. The role reports into the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about our industry landscape. You will bring strong experience of managing and leading a recruiting team in a matrix organisation with exceptional relationship building skills and an understanding of driving transformational change. This role will be a hybrid one with a flexible combination of remote and office-based working . Key Accountabilities Leadership (c50%) Inspire, motivate and lead a team of dispersed recruiters across the Cluster to deliver best in class talent to the business through a direct hiring model Help embed new TA org design for the Cluster in line with global TA OD principles Carefully monitor the delivery of the function through robust planning, reporting and advanced analytics to ensure the delivery of talent matches the business needs Be part of the EMEA TA Leadership team, ensuring that Cluster TA activity and priorities are aligned with our overall TA strategy and participating in large scale regional/global TA projects – initially focusing on “Early Careers” strategy, internal mobility and establishing our TA community Be part of the local/cluster HR leadership team. Ensure effective collaboration between HR and TA teams and alignment with local/regional HR strategy. Support the deployment of our global ATS SmartRecruiters, representing the needs of the Cluster in the design and ensuring the team operates in line with global process Operational (c50%) Responsible for operational hiring including (but not limited to) more senior, complex hires, in order to help support the team to deliver against overall hiring demand for the Cluster Regularly engage with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure talent strategies connect to supply and demand Create a hiring strategy directly translated from business objectives that is fit for purpose in market and that allows a competitive edge to acquiring talent Engage with Resource Management to understand the hiring plan and forecast to enable an ‘ahead of the curve’ approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines Play an active role in developing our EVP and recruitment marketing collateral ensuring that our external branding is appealing and attractive in the marketplace Ensure that a DEI lens is applied at all times, connecting the hiring strategy to ensure we deliver against our DEI ambitions Play an active part in enabling internal mobility ensuring our people feel that they are enabled and encouraged to advance their career in our Group Own sourcing channels with regular reviews to ensure they enable our recruiters to hunt for the best available talent quickly including management of our PSL Full focus on candidate experience ensuring our process allows us to be an employer of choice in our industry running faster than our competitors in a market where there is a war for talent Ensure cleanliness of data for reporting purposes and compliance with GDPR Professional Skills/ Knowledge/ Expertise Expert in developing talent acquisition strategy in a matrixed, international organisation Experience of Media/Advertising/Creative is an advantage but not essential Experience in all aspects of talent acquisition including, but not limited to strategic planning, sourcing, networking, qualifying/interviewing, legal & compliance, offer negotiations, EVP, recruitment marketing, DEI and managing the candidate/hiring manager experience Ability to develop and lead teams and drive team engagement in a fast-paced high growth environment Possess the poise, confidence and presence to be able to deal effectively with C-level executives, external customers, vendors, and clients at all levels within the organization Assured leader with excellent listening skills, emotional maturity and communication flexibility Skilled in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency Language skills: Fluent Italian is a requirement for the role Primary Stakeholders · HR Director, and other HR Leaders within SEMENAT · Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA · EMEA Talent Acquisition Service Line & other TA Cluster Leaders · SEMENAT business leadership Location: Milan Brand: Dentsu Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Summary Location: Milan Type: Full time
