IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL Source, recruit and engage best in class professional profiles Provide full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible hiring and on- boarding experience Share best practices and take inspiration from the international People Experience team Requirements IF YOU: Have at least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing with different types and seniority levels of professionals Work in Italian and English Are able to work independently Have a strong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlines Are a great team mate Are focused on results, not tasks it means you may be the one 😉 What will you find?
