We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. You show: Previous experience (3 years) in the role. Skills in managing the entire process of selection of candidates, with particular focus on the selection of Tech/Product figures. Knowledge of employer branding activities. Skills in using HR and ATS portals. Excellent knowledge of Drive and in particular Google Sheet. Orientation to problem solving and an out-of-the-box approach. Excellent interpersonal, mediation and empathic skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Ability to work for goals. Availability to work in full remote. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will : Manage the entire selection process: drafting job description, publishing announcements, call candidates, conducting individual or group interviews Understand the business strategy to create an efficient recruiting strategy that delivers the best talent Draw up reports on candidates’ profiles and the status of the selection process Provide feedback to all When necessary, actively search for the best profiles Support the HR team indifferent activities (special initiatives, onboarding, employer branding, training, etc.) Identify and promote HR best practices to optimize recruiting and onboarding processes for continuous improvement Maintaining contacts with consulting companies Build strategic relationships and collaborate with company’sstakeholders. 100% full smart working A stimulating and growing work environment Focus on work-life balance Free online yoga and fitness classes Discount on psychotherapy sessions Are you the Unobravo we are looking for?
