This position is perfect for an educator and creative community-builder who loves bringing people together externally and internally, developing new and innovative experiences for students, and building systems to last. What you’ll do: Manage 1:1 relationships with all Teachers by providing as-needed content coaching to drive consistent class development and ongoing improvements in teaching quality; Represent the Teachers within the company, advocating on their behalf and recommending Teachers for strategic, cross-functional initiatives; Plan and implement programming that encourages repeat, quality teaching aligned with Wonderly’s content strategy, strengthens the community, and builds brand loyalty; Maintain and improve program records and documentation; Track and report out on Teacher metrics to cross-functional stakeholders and work with Product teams to advocate for product functionality; Iterate on and enhance ongoing program operations, in collaboration with the Teacher Success team.
