In this way, we reduce traditional waiting times and significantly improve the customer experience in store, increasing orders and reorders in favor of venues, while facilitating the work of staff and waiters. Join us as a Team Leader Field Business Development What you will be doing As the Team Leader Field Business Developement, you will have the goal of growing ONYON’s Business merchants. You will manage the process of acquiring strategic clients from the initial contact to agreement finalization, and assist the manager in coordinating the sales team’s activities. Your main tasks will be: Identifying and acquiring new strategic clients in the territory; Independently managing the business relationship from the initial phase to agreement finalization; Achieving individual and team sales targets; Tracking and monitoring sales activities through our CRM system; Supporting the team in onboarding, training, and mentoring; Assisting the team in achieving their objectives; Collaborating with the manager in strategic development decisions for the assigned area; Ensuring the commercial development in the assigned area Analyzing sales performances, related trends, and producing reports for management. If you’re looking for a career opportunity where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, this is the right place for you You have: At least 5 years of experience in field sales of digital products and services; At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team; Strong organizational skills, logical thinking, and a strong inclination towards time management; Excellent communication skills; Commercial aptitude, knowledge of sales techniques, and negotiation skills; You are: Enthusiastic and convey positive energy in your interactions; Empathetic, dynamic, and adaptable to rapidly changing contexts; Able to work towards challenging objectives; Autonomous in carrying out your tasks; Proactive. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The selection process Once we receive your CV, we will take time to evaluate it carefully.
