Job description We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical projects and will have a strong background in Informatics/computer science or equivalent. Mission Description Understand the business requirements; perform analysis and translation of business requirements to technical specifications; provide solutions design, build and deploy IT solutions and services; provide maintenance and support. · Collect business requirements for changes in processes and technical areas · Analyse and define information and technical needs. · Formalize scope and deliverables for technical process and changes. · Develop and execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions. · Execute Digital Pillar activities (Align with Operations zero loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities) · Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions. Perform troubleshooting and solving issues as they occur in day o day business · Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. · Ensure compliance with GxP(Good Practice, “x” strands for various fields) requirements WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR · University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent · Good command of written and spoken English · 1-3 years of experience in Information Services / Information Technology service management · Experience in multinational companies with preference to pharma industry and/or medical devices manufacturing especially with production planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems · SQL server administration basics and Transact SQL upper-level skills preferred · Experience in ITIL and Agile frameworks are a plus ✨ What We Offer : Goal-oriented work with quarterly monitoring.
