Technical Consultant – Cardiac Ablation Solutions – Emilia Romagna/Veneto Careers that Change Lives We are now looking for an enthusiastic Technical Consultant that provide in-OR support to facilitate technology adoption, unlock full, differentiating potential of Medtronic products during the procedure. Able to create strong pull from clinical stakeholders, build, maintain and develop deep relationships with clinicians based on unparalleled therapy within the framework of partnership projects. The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit (OU) develops life-restoring technologies and solutions to treat diseases in the areas of Cardiac Arrhythmias. We offer cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes. Location: Veneto, Emilia or Toscana (Verona, Modena, Bologna or Firenze). A Day in the Life Plan and execute support activities around our technologies (Cryo, EP recording, Pulsed Field Ablation and Mapping/Navigation) system in coordination with customers and sales force. Provide clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Plan and implement software and hardware installations in close cooperation with our technical department as well as to manage first line troubleshooting on our technologies or ready to provide early information to the technical department. Regularly participate in congresses, symposiums and workshops and eventually to make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. Conduct on-site education and consulting, and support establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations. Update and document activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (i.e. SFDC Lightning or ServiceMax). Help in crafting presentation, video o other visual materials. Must Haves Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Biology or another relevant advanced degree or qualification. Proven ability to operate in a team environment and work effectively within a new team and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability adapt and think laterally. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers. Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, in a professional, high-pressure environment. Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekend work when required. Travel is required. Fluent in English. Good IT knowledge, a good technical understanding and can explain clinical contexts at the highest level. Must have a clean valid drivers license.
