If you are looking for a new challenge in a young, talented, and agile team, you will not miss this opportunity Within our Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Team, we are looking for a Technical D2C eCommerce Project Manager to join our EMEA D2C eCommerce Team. He/She will be responsible to lead Safilo EMEA D2C ecommerce infrastructure and architecture working closely with the online ecomm sales managers to achieve the company goals. What will you do as a Technical D2C eCommerce Project Manager: The Ecommerce Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the architecture and integrations of the ecommerce platforms, as well as overseeing end-to-end processes that it supports. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving growth for the company’s ecommerce operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple streams of projects to drive growth in global omni-channel direct to consumer eCommerce: own a portfolio of complex projects to deliver and maintain (sites, integrations, functional flows) identifying and implementing solutions based on new and existing technologies, hitting the target in terms of functionality, quality, cost, and speed of execution. Ensure alignment between ecommerce business targets and tech requirements, analyzing the needs and opportunities for improvement of business processes. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and maintenance of eCommerce architectures in an Agile environment. Play a key role of contact with several departments including logistic, operations, legal, marketing automation, pricing, IT, sales commercial, finance and payments to ensure a frictionless experience to customers and smooth collaboration across departments and regions Conduct technical analysis and specification, supporting the Product owners or eCommerce Managers in defining proper requirements Maintain, improve, and provide 1st level of support for the applications, coordinating the distribution of issues or tasks Collaborate with the cross brands ecommerce teams ensuring full alignment on the business strategy and targets to achieve. Manage relationship and collaboration with integration partners, vendors, and agencies Ensure the maintenance and evolution of applications/solutions in the ecommerce area. Coordinate UAT and integration test phases, ensuring successful implementation of new features and functionality Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Requirements: 5 years of experience working on ecommerce and digital projects. Knowledge of Shopify (Plus is preferred), Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, Suite Adobe, digital payment systems (Stripe preferred). Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence advanced user) Outstanding analytical and communication skills Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide solutions. Driven and results-oriented Well-organized, meticulous Fluent in English Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP and/or Shopify Plus Familiar with headless ingegrations Advanced knowledge of the Agile Methodology (certifications in Scrum/ SAFe are a plus) Degree in management engineering or economics preferred.
