He/she will be working leading a group of people in order to manage and to control all the resident customer service activities to our Customer distribution Center close to Bologna city. Click here for watching our video What we offer: The Technical Expert (Production Pilot) is going to Coordinate a team of 20 workers together with Senior Site Manager Organize holidays and work shifts for the conduction team Ensure a smooth production day working strictly with staff on the field (internal ed external) Monitoring production through SCADA system (check of PLC faults and Software production tasks). Be a key player to ensure to close production on time and without order in delay. Analyze production focusing on performance, analytics, supply chain and production data. Attend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholders Draft Minute of meeting and draft of daily production report. Be a key player for Customer and for Dematic team. Manage and prioritize production activities to minimise impact to the customer business. Collaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his/her team. Interact actively with engineering department for troubleshooting. Smart approach. Do periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the production activities Ensure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations. Provide technical assistance, support and alerts to field technicians Maintain quality control and compliance procedures. Report directly to Senior Site Manager Tasks and Qualifications: Who we are looking for? A Senior candidate with the following features: Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation Experience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering At least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants/logistic environment. Previous experience in production environment/production driving/Operation Supervisor Previous key role experience in a complex organization Previous experience with SCADA, PLC, WCS platforms Bachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies Good knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken Availability to work on shifts (24/7) Problem solving attitude What can we further offer?
