The team Manufacturing, Operations and Service Unit, within Gridspertise is looking for a Technical Support . Join us What you will do : The relevant perimeter Operation & Technical Support Europe covers all the contracts within Europe, being the unit responsible for all the technical activities after sales. The unit provides technical support to all the grid technologies managed by Gridspertise, like smart metering and smart grids. Within this technical perimeter, the aim is to provide all technical support need to achieve the maximum effectiveness from the Gridspertise solution. Working in this area means dealing with the most innovative technology in its field and be involved in the biggest projects of the Company, you will be responsible for all activities related to: • To provide local and remote technical support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter (Troubleshooting) • To provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions • To lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools, etc.) interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries • To support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc.) • To manage and support pilots and PoCs Who you are : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication with: • 2 years of work experience • Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations • Knowledge of Smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM, etc.) • Knowledge of Technical standards and regulations applicable for smart grid or smart meter devices • Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.) • Experience in problem solving and participation of medium/high complexity project • English (at least B2) Note: The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel It would be considered a plus: • Familiarity with distribution network systems and grid operations • Any other foreign language, especially Spanish What we search in you : • Entrepreneurship, aptitude for challenges and working on projects; • Problem solving, activity planning and deadline management skills; • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization and stakeholders of all kinds; • Ability to establish effective relationships; • Collaborative and open approach to teamwork with ability to adapt quickly; • Proactivity.
