In our Electrification Business Area, for Smart Power Division, located in Bergamo, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist Digital who will be responsible for supporting customers and to prepare technical guidelines, to help us develop and implement our growth strategies in global markets. This position reports to Market Development Specialist Your responsibilities Build-up an understanding of ABB’s growing ELSP Digital Portfolio and adjacent offerings from other divisions. Manage support cases from our local sales organizations and customers about the design, application and usage of our Digital Portfolio (hardware & software) while optimizing the total solution. Maintain technical competence on our digital portfolio and third-party technologies. Design, evaluate and document potential solutions and applications as reference for future projects. Prepare technical guidelines (in English) on an as needed basis to support the local sales organization in deploying the digital solutions for new applications. Your background Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Energy Engineering or related field. Interest in at least one of the following fields: Sustainability, Energy Management, Technology. Proficiency in English and preferably also in Italian. Willingness to learn and quickly adapt. A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies applying a problem-solving solution-oriented mindset.
