Learn more at www.BVImedical.com Key Responsibilities Build relationships to understand the unmet needs of our clients and act as a consultant, offering the BVI portfolio as a value-based solution. Effectively present to small and large groups, employing advanced electronic sales platforms. Prospect and clinical visits as needed to achieve the objectives of the sales plan. Demonstrates a high degree of confidence and competence of sale in the operating room. Effectively make surgical evaluations with new and existing clients in the operating room. Provide recommendations on technique and selection of instruments for surgeons who evaluate our products. Strategically position multiple products for a given customer. Demonstrate a high degree of sales competence by addressing customers with our portfolio as a comprehensive value-based solution for their surgical and clinical needs. Use customer relationship management software to enter customer data and daily activities. Deliver the matrix sales reports, data and analytics provided to make informed segmentation decisions. Use local market information and understand the competitive landscape to set short- and long-term territorial goals. Works effectively with internal partners to find additional ways to add value to customers. Purpose This position is responsible for maintaining and growing a sales territory, promoting the full BVI line for ophthalmologists and other relevant calling points related to cataract and Lasik surgery. This includes establishing relationships with key decision makers involved in maintaining and growing our portfolio. Target calling points will include hospitals, outpatient surgery centers , and public and private eye clinics. Qualification Knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. Skill in consultative sales Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to clearly convey sales messages in a variety of stakeholders, including surgeons, office and surgical staff. Ability to analyze reports and sales data to make informed decisions about territory strategy and customer engagement . Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients. Ability to solve complex issues with a high degree of initiative. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive with the ability to plan and manage time to achieve the desired results Work with a high sense of urgency to meet and exceed the expectations of the company and the client.
