Your responsibilities: Sales Management: formulate and implement strategic goals per the branch, supervise sales force to implement, ensuring the accomplishment of P&L indicators and continuous growth. Regional Channel Management: formulate regional channel management plans based on business strategies, continuously develop channel vendors, and improve channel layout in Centre and South of Italy territory. Market and Product Management: accurate position product through timely analysing demands, industry development trends, economic indicators, and competitor information, and enhance Mindray branding via marketing campaigns and development. Customer Relations Management: track and forecast customer needs, maintain, and develop customer relations, as to achieve breakthroughs in key customers and target customer groups. Team Management: cultivate a positive team atmosphere, creating collaboration across all product lines and regional sales/CAS/Service teams, promote Mindray culture and values, build up talent pool with robust employee development plans and activities. What are we looking for in you? Demonstrate success in over achieving in selling business line products A track record that shows sales growth and successful business development Have comprehensive sales experience in the Medical Devices market Pioneering spirit and enterprising approach, willingness to offer creative solutions in a positive and constructive manner. Work with the minimum of supervision. Proven ability to manage and develop business with key clinical contacts and hospital Ability to find and develop opportunities with potential new customers Demonstrate success in winning large sales opportunities.
