Partner with the best The Testing Electrical Design Engineer oversees the Electrical design activity for assigned project inside the String Test cell. In the daily work He/she deliver (execute and control) all project documentation, such as drawings/ job documents/ specifications, relative to electrical wiring lines. He/she is also responsible of the technical supervision of Electrical works during commissioning phase on the field. In is mission He/she support Decarbonization initiatives following programs and promoting Digitalization of design activities, methodology and procedures. As Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for: Executing design, analysis, or technical evaluation using sound engineering principles adhering to business standards and product requirements. Executing and control documents / purchase specifications / drawings: Equipment Functional Design Specification; Equipment Design Requirement List; Equipment Data Sheet; Electrical Wiring diagram; Cabinet Layouts. Performing technical selection of electrical items (e.g. Electrical MV generators, Electrical MV motor, MV Variable Speed Drive Systems). Formulating functional purchase specifications/data sheet and close technical alignment of supplier technical proposals. Managing technical documentation during the engineering development phase following up with supplier and customer up to finalization. Assuring that technical documentation is issued according to project planning schedule. Providing Electrical System technical assistance and timely communications on significant issues coming from field commissioning phase. Assuring that Lesson Learned are captured in the assigned design. Participating on assigned team groups to address organizational initiatives / improvement programs and act as owner /presenter in technical reviews. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering subjects Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills Show ability to manage and oversees multiple projects/activities with high intensity Show ability to plan and lead cross functional programs Be an experienced problem solver, with analytical approach identifying root causes and implementing improvements solutions Display good knowledge of Electrical system integration for Turbo-machinery skid & commissioning operations, this is considered a plus Be fluent in English and Italian languages and be able to work in EU Working with us We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
