Highly desirable qualifications encompass prior experience in data-centric solutions, application design and development, business intelligence reporting, and system integration. Requirements: Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Economics, Engineering Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least one performance management platform, such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Hyperion, CCH Tagetik, SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), BOARD International, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights. Strong understanding of management control concepts, budgeting, planning, and associated processes. Comprehensive familiarity with all stages of software development. Knowledge of major databases, PL-SQL, and multidimensional models (OLAP). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team orientation, motivation, adaptability, and adeptness in problem-solving. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Conduct data discovery, ensure data quality, and collaborate directly with clients to gather functional requirements. Design and implement financial planning solutions based on IBM Planning Analytics. Implement changes in the production environment. Manage incidents, perform analysis, and troubleshoot issues.
