Job Description Your opportunity We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist as part of our dynamic Brand Management team in Milan. How you will contribute: Proactively support the Manager in the coordination of Markets and Channels in order to ensure the correct and timely execution of Trade Marketing activities; Project Management: briefing and monitoring the implementation of visibility activities and projects through effective collaboration with the Retail & Corporate Design, Visual Merchandising, Communication & PR, Go-To-Market, Brand Management and Fashion Houses teams; autonomously gather feedback, needs and requests from Markets and Channels both in anticipation of and as follow-up to Trade Marketing activities; Consolidate, analyse and share with all stakeholders the results of Trade Marketing activities carried out in markets and channels for the brands of competence; Share best practices with Markets and Channels. Who you are: Master’s degree in marketing or business administration 1-2 years of experience in the same role Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories Good Microsoft office level, especially Excel and Power Point Fluent in English and Italian Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization Entrepreneurial spirit and pro-activity Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and very developed team spirit Why work with us?
