Transmission Lines Supervisor page is loaded Transmission Lines Supervisor Apply locations NNGP Modular Power Plant time type Full time posted on Posted 6 Days Ago job requisition id JR00002475 Unleash your energy within Be a part of the EDC Team Directs and implements the following: Coordinates with transmission lines maintenance service contractors and oversees implementation in the transmission lines maintenance, projects and improvement to the process system; Implements the optimum use of manpower and materials to ensure maximum utilization in the transmission lines maintenance; Manages system recording and monitoring for easy retrieval upon need; Directs coordination activities such as scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees for a much progressive output. Coordinate with EDC handling the Right of Way negotiation team; Coordinate to landowners and other stakeholders if necessary, for the right of way issues; 2.0 Analyze and/or evaluates the following: Evaluates contractors evaluation in the transmission lines maintenance works for profit maximization and just utilization of company budget; Appraise contractor personnel in their performance through the review of completed work assignment and work technique to attain a sound assessment. Formulates and develops: Helps in the formulation of Programs and Schedules for the Preventive maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, and other various Maintenance Projects to the transmission line maintenance for proper tracking and monitoring; b. Programs, Procedures, Guidelines for the availability and reliability of the equipment and the generating units.; Contingency plans in order to attain continuous operation and equipment reliability; Energy conservation for the section in accordance to the EMS program; Safety and security program as part of the company initiatives Makes estimates of labor and/or materials for repair or new construction in the transmission lines if necessary. 4.0 Strategies: a. Cost control and economical stock leveling to ensure judicious use of company resources Effective internal communication system procedures to attain proper communication to immediate subordinates & superiors, internal/external customers and partners, land owners, right of way personnel, TFBL personnel, LGU and other stakeholders; Handling of major transmission lines equipment so to attain maximum reliability. Recommends to the Maintenance Head and Pal2 Head Renovation of transmission lines system to minimize equipment problems. Maintenance procedures to ensure reliability and dependability of transmission lines, switchyard, and substation equipment. Work orders & Work schedules for approval. Coordinates internal partners for proper information and concerns for the following: Project Supervisor and Manager and Operations and Maintenance Manager Daily maintenance activities Maintenance plans, Technical Services Supervisor CMMS matters Process improvement plan Safety and security personnel, equipment and facilities Planning and Scheduling Preparation of annual operating and expense budget Preparation of maintenance report Procurement of maintenance equipment materials and supplies Assist the project manager, maintenance manager in the general administration of the transmission lines Performs other duties as may be assigned. 6.0 Labor Relations Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment to maintain fairness in the workplace.
