WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Client Solutions Graduate Program is a 12-month development journey offering a unique onboarding path into our best-in-class products & services platform, to kick start your international career at UniCredit. If you are a graduate with an international mindset, leadership potential and the ability to thrive under pressure, Unlock your fullest potential and join us CIO Italy is responsible for defining investment strategies for clients, building investment modules used in portfolio management, managing portfolios for discretionary mandates, elaborate investment contents for Fee Based Advisory mandates. The structure is directly responsible for the following activities: a) define, at least annually and in agreement with Risk Management, the operating parameters for carrying out the asset management service and for defining the model portfolios underlying the investment advisory service to be submitted for approval by the Investment Committee and, subsequently, to the Board of Directors according to the investment process b) define, on an indicative monthly basis, the strategic asset allocation proposals in line with the investment process c) define and implement the 2nd level asset allocation (AA2L) on the basis of the strategic asset allocation, in line with the investment process d) define the investment strategies underlying the portfolio management and investment advisory service, define the bond, commodity and liquidity models of the portfolio management, and define the lists of bond issuers e) definition of asset management equity models and lists of equity securities g) provide specialized support directly to customers, alongside the commercial structures, also through investment specialists h) issue, monitor and implement internal policies and regulations that fall within the local perimeter of the GIS i) support Group Investment Strategy with local content related to, for example, investment governance, investment positioning/marketing and business intelligence activities.
