UX Designer

Your role in BetStarters: We are looking for a person to join our team like UX Designer ; the candidate will be responsible for developing innovative digital products and services with the aim of creating unique experiences that meet user needs, will be involved in the design of web content, will have the responsibility of managing the design flow, supporting from the research phases to to the prototyping and documentation phase and the hand off to the developers. This position requires research, creativity, technical understanding and a keen ability to put yourself in our end users’ shoes. Your tasks: Create and iterate user-centric interfaces Create visually appealing art assets (e.g. menus, buttons, icons, characters, illustrations) Develop UI mockups and prototypes Identify and resolve UI / UX issues Collaborate with the entire product team to bring the design from idea to final implementation Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers Understand all product demands and translate them into high quality UI / UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graph designs, flowcharts, storyboards and prototypes Work with customer support to receive and translate user suggestions into new features and / or UI / UX enhancements Conduct and analyze UX research studies Requirements: background in Design, Information Technology or relevant sector work experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role in-depth knowledge of best practices and UI and UX standards ability to create game features for a better UX experience experience in designing interfaces, interactions and flows. ability to plan a coherent UX strategy (wireframe design, interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications). experience in UX research and results analysis spirit of initiative and innovation excellent communication and interpersonal skills Plus: experience in iGaming, sports betting and cryptocurrencies secondary digital creative skills (illustration, interaction design, etc.) portfolio with design projects competence in agile development and Design Thinking methodologies up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop We are looking for a candidate with a UX Designer background, an interest in technology and innovation; a person who works with a positive and motivational approach, who has a strong customer orientation and growth ambitions.
