We have fun along the way – we are a cohesive bunch of characters but we are always open to welcoming new friends to the party WHO YOU WILL BE We are looking for a well-balanced user experience and interface designer , who feels fulfilled when building intuitive, seamless, omnichannel customer experiences. You will not just be a pure designer, you will more likely be the one assisting designers with your guidance and leadership . You will have to reconcile your emotional and rational nature, to provide inputs that arise from intuition but do not forget “the numbers”. Whether it is providing your qualitative expert review or conducting quantitative user research , creating the optimal user experience will have to be your main driver moving forward. WHAT YOU WILL DO Create mockups and prototypes for some of the best brands in their respective industries. Critically analyse mockups and websites to highlight UX frictions. Compare and benchmark usability best practices within or cross-industry for both websites and omnichannel services. Perform research and analyse real users’ expectations. Facilitate clients’ digital product visions by designing sitemaps and wireframes. Present effective user stories and journeys across multiple devices. Assemble presentations to showcase pain and improvement points. Administer and collect user acceptance testing . WHAT YOU MUST HAVE Deep knowledge and passion for UX standards and excitement to follow the UX industry’s latest trends and technologies. Proven experience in UX/UI-related activities for e-commerce (better if omnichannel) . Ability to work with cross-functional teams . Ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to a team. Ability to stand as a point of reference for our clients and devise ways to complete projects with high client satisfaction. Orientation towards providing and receiving constructive feedback . Ability to collect inputs, rationalise them and transform them into great-quality output respecting project schedule. Ability to plan the work of a small supporting team and orientation towards growing together professionally. Experience in testing usability and accessibility concerns. BONUS POINTS FOR Knowledge of at least a design tool of preference (Figma, Invision, Sketch, Adobe, etc.). Previous experience in digital/creative agencies On-point educational background with a proven track of academic excellence Preferably experienced in working in an international scenario. (e.g. work/study experience abroad, remote working for companies abroad, etc.).
