For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a: UX/UI Product Designer Job Description: MainStreaming is at a scale-up stage; our business is expanding internationally, and our team is growing fast. We are looking for an Highly creative UX-UI Designer with passion for new technologies, aim to grow in a fast-paced tech environment. Our solution is built on advanced technology, and we believe that the usability of our product is a key value proposition for our clients. As a UX/UI Product Designer at MainStreaming, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our product is intuitive, easy to use, and provides a seamless experience to our users. You will Conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design and implement user studies, conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas; Create high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and easy to use; Run workshops with stakeholders to explore the problem space and co-design; Partnering with product, engineering, and research to ensure design deliverables are well-aligned to high-level strategy; Facilitate product design from concepts and storyboards to mockups and prototypes; Design and maintain design systems and style guides; Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with developers; Coach other designers and colleagues. Skills : Minimum 3 year of experience in the role; B2B workflow or other highly complex product design experience; Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; Knowledge of UX best practices, design thinking, and user-centered design; Strong portfolio showing process and results; Planning and facilitating successful design workshops; Excellent knowledge of qual and quant methodologies; Producing user journeys, wire flows and mockups. Nice to Have Previous experience in Saas or Media industries; Previous experience in a startup environment will be a plus.
