The International Volunteer Programme (V.I.E) allows young citizens from the European Economic Area to undertake a secure professional assignment abroad of 6 to 24 months. Read more at https://corporateservices.euronext.com/ IR Advisory Within the Euronext Corporate Services department, the Advisory & IR Solutions team is in charge of assisting executive management of listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital. Key Accountabilities After a training phase in France, the VIE will be part of the Milan team to support the development of IR Advisory service offer among issuers both in Italy and in the rest of Europe. Reporting to the Head of IR Advisory team, the VIE will contribute to the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy of the roadmap in Italy and the rest of Europe for Post-Listing Advisory, ESG Advisory and Shareholder Analysis. The VIE will be particularly in charge of: Delivering advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos, investors’ ID and targeting…), accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Post-Listing Advisory team; Monitoring Clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors’ CRM management, road books, …) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; Participating to the evolution of the services’ content by identifying Clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – serving Shareholder Analysis and ESG Advisory clients, demoing IR.Manager – and of other Corporate Services solutions Contributing to the business development effort by preparing advisory pitches, reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates) and participating to the preparation of marketing events and contents such as webinars, sectorial barometers Participating to meeting with Clients after few months of training, based on the learning curve Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Profile 1-3 years professional experience in the financial markets industry and strong academic credentials Previous experience related to Equity Capital Markets and/or Investor Relations required (including investment banking, equity research, equity sales, equity trading, consultancy, in-house IR) Applicants with professional references will be prioritized An interest in the Italian economic system would be a plus, willingness to strengthen knowledge of financial markets Desired attributes and skills Solid understanding of – and interest in – capital markets Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian. Additional languages are a plus Willingness and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
