Vos missions au quotidien Activities · Onboarding and working environment setup for newly hired colleagues Ø Equipment preparation and delivery Ø First login demo and training (Remote access, telephony, applications, etc) · Leavers requests management Ø Request the domain account deletion in advance Ø Collect the hardware and update the hardware list to keep the inventory updated · Manage the local IT hardware “warehouse” (allocations, orders, equipment refresh) · Provide punctual support (HD1 – level 1) to entity users and facilitate the communication between the official support teams and the users · Infrastructure & networking activities Ø Technical requests (Networking, Support, Implementation, etc) Ø Service manager relationship (Ensure the services quality) Ø CAB management (Owner) – Weekly meeting Ø Monthly operational infrastructural meeting Ø Manage infrastructure project initiatives (SDWAN, Obsolescence, SET, global relay) Ø Maintain the networking diagrams and documentation up to date (VPN, sFTP, Proxy, etc) Soft Skills · Understand, analyze, and formalize the requirements · Manage the project or the initiatives with a structural and business-oriented approach · Become accountable and able to monitor autonomously projects and activities · Logical thinker, strong analytical skills · Proactively communicate with all the stakeholder and between the third-party teams, partners and TPAs · Interest in insurance business Tech skills · Basic knowledge about networking & infrastructure · Basic knowledge about change and project management · Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive) Et si c’était vous? The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in computer science or computer engineering.
