The Project Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world’s first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ. Here we develop the Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects, and engineers, created to design, buy and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom. Welcome to the future Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for our website, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines and maintaining a visually appealing online presence. Contribute to the improvement of our design system by creating new components, templates/ icons, and style guides Use the existing design system effectively to develop visually consistent and user-friendly interfaces across various platforms, including web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with the Design team to create compelling visual content for social media channels, including engaging posts, captivating images, and eye-catching infographics. Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to our design process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to maintainhigh standards of visual excellence and consistency throughout all materials. Requirements Proven experience as a Visual Designer or Interaction Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstratingexpertise in creating visually appealing designs and intuitive user interfaces. Proficiency in using design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools. In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography and layout techniques. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas and concepts. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for keeping up with industry trends and a constant desire to learn and improve design skills. €26,000 – €36,000 a year Flex Time: every day you have the freedom to decide how many hours to work (maximum 40h/week).
